Risk Assessment
All Risk Assessment methods for industrial machinery do the following:
    - Identify hazards
    - Assess risk
        - Frequency of exposure
        - Severity of possible injury
        - Ability to avoid the hazard
    - Reduce risks
    - Document results

For machinery and robotics, there are (at least) four standardized methodologies for performing a risk assessment:
  1. ISO 14121 -- Safety of Machinery Principles of Risk Assessment
  2. ANSI B11.TR3 Risk Assessment and Risk Reduction - A Guide to Estimate, Evaluate and Reduce Risks Associated with Machine Tools
  3. EN 1050 Safety of Machinery - Risk Assessment
  4. ANSI/RIA 15.06 - Safety Requirements for Industrial Robots and Robotic Systems
